Team practices are 6:30-8:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Lansing modified field, map here.
If a player misses a team practice, he can show up for another team’s practice that week. Best options are Wed 6:30-8:00 or Fri 5:00-6:30 ( U14B BCSA) or Fri 6:30-8:00 (U18B).
Goalkeepers practice with Steve on Mondays 5:00-6:30 (Lansing modified field) - all interested players are welcome.
Wear cleats and shinguards. Always bring a properly inflated ball and water.
